Al heel mijn leven ben ik bezig met verschillende sporten, voeding/leefstijl en word ik geïnspireerd door fanatieke (top)sporters, allemaal met een ijzersterke mentaliteit.
Voor de duidelijkheid, ik sport graag maar beschouw mezelf niet als één van die fanatieke sporters. Ik sport graag om mijn gedachten even los te laten en mijzelf weer AAN te zetten. Ook in deze bijzondere periode zit ik dagen achter mijn laptop en ben ik voornamelijk bezig met websites, social-media en andere online marketingactiviteiten, dan is het soms lastig om creatief en gefocust te blijven.
Hierover ging ik vandaag het gesprek aan met Glenn ten Berge, Beweegprofessional en leefstijlcoach bij GoVit. We hebben het uitgebreid gehad over de link tussen sport en ons werk en hoe we beide scherp en gefocust kunnen blijven.
Door te sparren en een aantal voorbeelden te benoemen zijn we gekomen tot een aantal praktische tips en tricks, zodat wij beide weer even AAN staan!
